Description

One year after losing her home, belongings, and nearly her life in Hurricane Helene, Zen Buddhist teacher, EcoDharma facilitator, spiritual activist, and author Deborah Eden Tull invites us into an embodied exploration of the spiritual teachings revealed through climate disruption and collective uncertainty. Rooted in Buddhist wisdom and lived experience, this seminar explores personal and communal resilience—and how we can return to right relationship with nature in times of profound change.

At the center of Eden’s teaching is the principle of emergence: the sacred, organic intelligence through which life evolves. When we attune to emergence, we gain not only perspective but also a map for conscious response. Amid grief, upheaval, and loss, we are being called to presence, kindness, adaptation, reciprocity, and skillful action.

Climate events strip away the illusion of control. They dissolve the boundaries between ourselves and others—and between ourselves and the world. What remains in the aftermath is a simple, powerful truth: we are all in this together. When the constructs of separation fall away, we remember who we are—and begin to nourish the web of sacred relationships that sustains us.

This seminar includes meditation, a dharma talk, breakout room inquiry, and space for reflection. It offers tools and insights to help us meet global change with compassion, awareness, and grounded spiritual practice.
