This session will explore how climate action can align with health and development priorities to accelerate a just transition to a low-carbon, climate resilient future for Africa. It will feature presentations on the recently launched Community of Practice on climate action and health in Africa and findings from an analysis of health in Kenya’s climate change policy documents.
