As part of the United Nations Decade of Oceans for Sustainable Development (2021-2030), this special issue emphasizes the need for a holistic perspective on ocean health, recognizing its essential contribution to food security, climate regulation, and overall human well-being. The webinar seeks to extend these discussions, bringing together a diverse panel of speakers to explore the complex interconnections between ocean health and human health and look beyond One Health.
