Tackling modern slavery in NHS procurement

This is updated draft guidance following the public consultation and published ahead of the regulations coming into force in 2026 to support the parliamentary debate in October 2025.

This guidance document for procurement professionals sets out how the regulations should be followed by the public bodies to which they apply, provides detailed examples of the scope of the regulations and proposes reasonable steps that public bodies should take based on the assessed level of modern slavery risk.
