Environmental Stewardship in Practice: Supporting Accreditation Readiness

Join us for the launch of a new practical guidance resource, available in English and French, designed to support health care organizations in preparing for the environmental stewardship criteria within the Leadership Standards.

Developed collaboratively by health system partners, the resource connects the standards with practical examples of real-world evidence. It is intended to help organizations consider how existing strategies, policies, initiatives, measurement approaches, efforts, and education activities may support accreditation readiness.

During the webinar, speakers from Vancouver Coastal Health, Interior Health, Victoria Hospice, and Health Quality BC, will explore the different environmental stewardship criteria and share examples of evidence and approaches from their organizations. Participants will hear practical examples from across different health care contexts and leave with ideas they can consider and adapt within their own organizations.
