This module looks at the carbon footprint of the wider health service at a macro level; and GP practice specific information including data from carbon footprinting different practices.
Description
The live online interactive workshop covers an understanding of personal carbon footprints and planning for reductions; understanding opportunities within the practice for improving patient care and reducing carbon emissions and other online support for a practice to help with action planning to reduce the greenhouse gas footprint of the practice.
Actions plans to be submitted for completion of course and to contribute to becoming certified as ‘Carbon Literate’.
