ShiftWorks is The King's Fund new online learning movement for a just, kind and inclusive health and care workforce. Join us and more than 2000 members, from over 170 organisations, that have already signed up.

Much more than courses and concepts, ShiftWorks brings the full diversity of the health and care workforce together, regardless of sector, experience, role, or status. It’s beautifully designed peer driven social learning for busy schedules, and it’s organised around the simple idea that if we understand each other better, and learn from one another, we’ll create a new generation of distributed and collective health and care leadership.
