Panelists will present on the status of Arctic climate tipping points, the legal obligations of nations to prevent climate harm embodied in a recent opinion by the International Court of Justice, and the need for an Arctic polar fuel regulation leading to reductions in black carbon emissions from ships. Presentations will be followed by a moderated Q&A session.
