These 60-minute sessions are designed to embed transformational, climate-literate leadership into the heart of the NHS’s journey toward net zero. They also support the delivery of a high-quality, resilient health service aligned with government priorities and productivity goals.
Each masterclass explores key themes central to sustainable healthcare transformation, including:
- Case Studies & Implementation: Accelerated Design, Clinical Transformation, Quality Improvement, and Infection Prevention & Control (IPC)
- Quality, Governance & CQC (Well-Led): Leeds Lean to Green
- Supply Chain, Procurement & Social Value
- Midwifery, Maternity & Quality Improvement
- Net Zero NHS & Green Plans
- Resilience & Adaptation: Workforce Wellbeing and IPC
What to expect
Sessions feature guest presenters from across the NHS and partner organisations (TBC), sharing insights, case studies, and practical strategies for implementing sustainable change. Each webinar includes time for Q&A and discussion, and recordings will be available on the Futures platform, where colleagues can also connect and build communities of practice.
