This multi-disciplinary course integrates expertise from radiology, clinical oncology, and surgery to review the role of imaging in rectal cancer management
It emphasises MDT collaboration and a shared understanding the importance of imaging across specialties, highlighting its impact on treatment decisions and outcomes. Covering staging, response assessment, radiotherapy, and surgical planning, the course will be held at the North West England Imaging Training Academy within The Christie. The study day features interactive case-based training, keynote speakers, clinical debates, and simulated MDT discussions.
