Description
Resource Overview
Asthma is a common condition associated with reversible airflow obstruction and bronchial hyperreactivity. The typical symptoms include wheeze, cough, breathlessness and chest tightness.
It is important that Pharmacists have appropriate training in asthma management and are able to advise patients on the correct use of their medication, as well as being able to recognise which patients need referring back to the GP.
This assessment resource is composed of 10 assessment questions that are specifically designed for Pharmacists and will test your clinical knowledge of asthma.
Once you complete the resource - and achieve the minimum pass rate of 60% - you'll be awarded with a downloadable one hour CPD Certificate, which you can print or upload to your CPD Portfolio.

- Basics of asthma and its clinical features
- Management of asthma cases
