Description
One day course exploring climate adaptation, climate risk, and opportunities to build resilience and a fairer, flourishing future.
Becoming Climate Resilient training is a one-day course exploring climate adaptation, climate risk, and opportunities to build resilience and a fairer, flourishing future. The training is delivered by sustainability charity, Verture and endorsed by the Edinburgh Climate Change Institute.
As climate change brings about more frequent and severe disruption across the systems we all rely upon, building resilience is an increasingly urgent priority for businesses, government and communities. Yet, adapting to climate change remains a new challenge for many.
Becoming climate resilient provides opportunities not only for responding to climate risks, but also to generate a range of positive benefits for people and nature, now and for the years ahead.
