Information
Following the NHS Long Term Plan and subsequent People Plan report, Health Education England (HEE) launched the Future Doctor Report, which highlighted the need for a greater proportion of doctors and all other healthcare professionals to have generalist skills. Through the COVID-19 pandemic this became even more pertinent and the requirement to enable healthcare professionals to work effectively across different specialities to meet patient’s need, yet more crucial.
