Transforming Health Through Environmental Justice and Organizing

We are honored to welcome Attorney Abre’ Conner, the Director of the Center for Environmental and Climate Justice at the NAACP, where she oversees the strategy and collaboration across the organization to dismantle environmental racism. During this session, Esquire Conner will share her extensive experience advocating for environmental justice, health equity, and the social determinants of health at the local, state, and national levels. Furthermore, she will discuss ways in which health professionals can effectively engage their communities and patients to create healthier and more just communities for all.
